Lactose Intolerance?

What would you get if you are lactose intolerant but drink milk?

- A lactating anus?

That’s probably it huh? If you can’t digest the milk surely in comes out intact right? Well, something like that. Main thing is you expect liquid. (I hate being quoted by people for giving false info. Especially when it comes to poo issue. You can’t possibly be too serious. Sheesh. This is a blog, hello. Not an encyclopedia. Get a grip.)

I personally never had any lactose intolerant problems but now I’m wondering, can I ever develop one? Some of you may already know from my previous poo entries (here and here if you're interested, but I must warn you, it's not for the faint-hearted), I can’t ‘go’ unless it’s in my home sweet toilet. Seems like I’ve gotten over it already (so yay for me) coz in the past 2 months, I’ve basically poo-ed in a boat in Vietnam, and also in the air 30000 ft above sea level, and of course multiple times in Singapore. But could my bowels have thought of the evil idea of getting over lactase enzymes as well?

Why, oh why am I getting this sort of idea?? That’s coz for the past 2 weeks, whenever I drink milk I get a nature call minutes later. And today, I’ve gone to the loo 3 times in the past 3 hours. Oh please no. Imagine the food I’ll have to miss out if I become lactose intolerant. Cakes, cheese, chocolate…owwww…who looks at the package to see how much lactose they contain?? You just eat dammit.

Slog

Ok what’s a slog? Joyfulchicken was the one to come up with this word. Slog is a snack blog but the word gives me the impression of laziness. So you see, I’m going to do a slog today and then feel lazy about doing it and not do it again for a very, very, long time.

Now, you would most probably think that this entry will be all about food but let me tell you something. You’ll see food alright, but it’s food I can’t touch.

This is all I have to last me one month courtesy of my cousin. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Because my wallet definitely can’t buy me all these snacks. Honestly I’ve never been in such a sad condition in my life. Of course I’ve been broke before but I’ll just need to stay home till my wallet is replenished regardless how long it may be. But right now I don’t think I have enough money to last me till the end of the month here.

So right now what I do everyday is scout for the cheapest food I can find. I’ve plunged to that low a level in life. Hahahah. I look at all the other delicious food (they look delicious but remember you can’t always judge a book by its cover, same goes for food) but I can never eat them. I’ve betrayed the food club I belong to. I’ve sinned. Forgive me!

Now I have to make sure my snacks last till the end of the month. I get hungry easily and snacks are an essential part of my life. If I’m at home now, these snacks would have been finished in two weeks. Thanks to my mom too for telling my cuz that I love snacks *teary eyed*

We were so poor when we wanted to buy bathroom slippers we walked around Toa Payoh until we found the cheapest that we could possibly find.

Tweety slippers for S$ 2. Back home, I would never buy Tweety. Ok maybe.

So this is how poor students are like. I wanna go home! Tsk. Anyway, this is one experience money (definitely) cannot buy. I'm gonna tell my niece years later like how my uncle told me his flipping burgers story in UK. Yay. But it's less glamorous though. Tsk.

Just so that this is still a slog, let me share with you another snack that I found good.

Oheya by Oishi. I think I’m starting to be a fan of Oishi.

And here you have barley drink in a can. Never seen barley in a can before in my entire life. Exaggerating huh? It’s true.

There you have it, my slog.

All Stars wallpaper

For the past 2 hours, this is what I've been doing:

It's not done yet, but my back's killing me already. So far I have Hyde, Suga Shikao, Hirai Ken and Mr. Children.

I've been wanting to do this for a month now and finally I'm half done! My mom thinks I should pack my bag instead of doing this :P

Mom: Is this your school project?
Me: No. This is for fun.
Mom: What? Go pack your bag!
Me: It's 2 days away!

I'm yabbering. Actually I just wanna show off my 2 hours of photoshop-ing. Hehe. Anyway, how is it? The shadows on the floor aren't so nice I think. But I'm too lazy to start over.

I'm still alive, even if you don't care

I have nothing to blog about really. This is just a reminder to you that I'm still very much alive in the blogging world. But it's just that lately, I'm not so into it. I've been thinking about money and money only for the past few weeks. Ouch, materialistic, aren't I?

Oh, the elation hasn't stopped yet. And especially today, I'm ecstatic. Why? Why? Why? Coz....I'm going to Vietnam in 3 months time. Yahoo!!! Of course thinking about the tonnes of reports and assignments I have to do during the Chinese New Year break will kill off the mood, but let's all remain ignorant okay? Yes, you too. Ignorance is bliss.

Oh and anyone watched Sweeney Todd yet? I went into the cinema expecting anything but a musical and it turned out to be one. Yet it's still nice coz it's got dark humour, and shit, and piss (if you listen to the lyrics). Let's end this boring entries with the shit, the piss, the pie and the beach, shall we?

Everyone's invited to a drink in my spaceship

But since no such spaceship exists, you’ll just have to make do with your imagination. Imaginations are so useful aren’t they?

So why is Runawaycat treating you to a drink in your dreams? She’s happy. She’s elated. She feels like she’s 16. No, it’s not a guy, thanks for the opinion.

Perhaps it’s classes? Weird huh? But that’s what it is. When I have a responsibility at hand (and that is to be a good student, yuck, I almost puked) I tend to sway into other areas, doing things that make me feel elated or 16 or so not related to school. I’m such a dependable person. My parents must be proud. Seriously. A daughter that can concentrate in multiple areas that have absolutely no relation to one another whatsoever. Any parent would kill for a daughter like me. I love myself.

Hmm writing this is beginning to rob my euphoria away. But what should I do? I have too much free time. (knock on wood a million times!) I think I’ll go pop an ecstasy pill now. Bye guys. Love me, kay?

HAPPY 2008

HAPPY 2008!!!

Do I look like I’m overdoing it with all the exclamations? I’ll offset it with a *sigh*. What the heck am I saying? Whatever.

I missed the chance to tell my friends “see you next year” today. And before I know it, it was already 2008. Now I have to wait a whole year. Great. Then I thought, there are still many other countries that are still in 2007. Imagine yourself looking at Earth from space, you would see balls of colourful lights moving from one side of Earth to another as people start to countdown to the new year. No? Shut up.

So…for the fun of saying it, See you next year!

(I could edit the time of this post to make it 2007 but…never mind)

P.S. Next year, read all about my family dinner and my new year eve!

I love pooping

Have you ever thought about that? That you love to poop? As in, literally, poop? Here’s one of my poop posts again. I did it before. It’s periodical event. And another thing, don’t imagine, for your own sake.

I just realized a moment ago that I like to poop. It’s like you’re dumping all those toxic out of your body. Toxic begone! It’s particularly exciting when you poop a lot. It’s like how much more can I poop out? You feel as though you’re filling up the toilet. As if you’re a pooping machine in a course to clean your colon. I guess by now you would have known that I just pooped a pile not long ago.

And then sometimes I would see how fast I can poop. Don’t you? You go in, sit on the toilet, and poop! You’re done! And you impress everyone else by how fast you can do it.

So…basically I’ve finished my story about pooping. And uh…that’s it. Poop!

Hummingly bored

Everybody seems to be busy with something except me. It’s evident because I keep checking the same websites over and over again and none has any updates that I haven’t already seen. Plus, Facebook is extremely quiet now and I suspect my GMail is playing dead with me. Or maybe it’s Blogger. Hmmm….Hmmmm…Hmmmm…

Hmmm.

Perhaps I should go read some books. But I can do that later, after I recheck the websites. Perhaps I should write about my trip. But that can come later too. Well, everything can come later. I have no life. Even computer gamers have more life than I do. At least, they have a second life, according to joyfulchicken.

Hmmm…

One year older, no less a procrastinator

-Dreaming-

I dreamt that I was heading towards the doomed age. Someone was telling me that…no, someone was stating to me the fact that 22 will be the last of your best years and 23 means something like bad luck and 24 means you die. If you say 24 in Cantonese, it does mean you die easily. But 23 should mean born easily, no? Haha. But everything seems to make sense in the dream and I thought I was doomed. What a dream.

-Working-

I thought I’d have to work tomorrow. But not anymore! Yes! I’m never a big fan of working. Never!

It’s funny how some people never answer you when you ask them questions. Take my mom for example. I’d ask her something but she’ll not reply. So I’d ask her again and get a rude I-heard-you-already reply. I guess it’s always bad timing with my mom huh?

I thought the same was with my boss today. I text-ed him to say I can’t work tomorrow but got no reply. So for the whole afternoon I was wondering, do I still need to go to work? Of course, for someone who understands the language of not replying, i.e. my mom, it would mean I don’t have to go to work. But you can’t jump to that conclusion right?

Alas after waiting for something like 6 hours, I finally got a reply. I don’t have to go after all. You know, I don’t care how long he takes as long as he replied saying I don’t have to work tomorrow. Now I don’t. Yay!

Wonder where I should go though. Get myself a new pair of shoes which I have still YET to get? Treat myself to delicious fattening food? Walk around aimlessly? Someone give me some ideas? Please? Pretty please?

-Lazy spell-

Help.

-Gibberish-

I know. This is close to gibberish. Sorry, I’ll stop now.

P.S. The other blog isn't up yet. Procrastinating. Question: Do you prefer Blogspot or Wordpress?

This is painful to write

I’m pushing myself to blog. I was supposed to do it last night but, what a ‘surprise’, I procrastinated. I’ve got nothing much to say, really. It’s like I’ve blogged as many times as I would be allowed to in this lifetime and I just can’t do it anymore. By the way, is it just me, or is everyone getting boring-er by the day?

(Hah! I turned on the modem but didn’t connect to the internet. Stupidity at its peak. Nah. I’ve done sillier things. I just had to say it. Stupidity at its peak)

Anyhow, it’s time I write something. This place is growing mold.

The exams are over but I didn’t get the feeling of extreme happiness :P I’m happy, alright, it’s evident through my face. You’ll see me smiling while I’m walking, sitting, sleeping, almost always when I’m alone. Scary? Haha! That’s why I buried my face in the table yesterday after I finished my last question. So people don’t think I’ve lost my sanity. But the feeling is just not it. Did I grow up? Aw! Adults are boring!

The second last paper didn’t kill me even though it was darn stressful. It gave me pimples. Yay. Not. Now I’ve got the constellation of Aquila with a missing dot to the left of my chin. Although I think it looks more like a scorpion. I don’t understand constellations. They don’t look like whatever they’re supposed to be. Some are missing tails, some are missing legs, some are…you get my point. So I say mine is a scorpion.

My paragraphs aren’t connecting. Hahaha! You know what? I can’t write. Can’t believe I posted this up. Think I’ll go bury my face in the wall now.

Pointless talk time

I have two mobile numbers, one which I got for free and hardly use. I’m only maintaining it because I want to keep the number. I mean, what are the chances that you can get a free number and it happens to be a nice one?

I would reload 10 bucks every 3 months to keep them from canceling the number. Ok this is how the system works for those who are not familiar: You reload (say, 10 bucks which is valid for 7 days) and after that period your account is frozen for 3 months until you reload again. During this time you can receive calls but cannot make any yourself. This cycle has to be repeated every 3 months (or less) if you want to keep your line.

Ok, ok enough with the ‘technical’ stuff. Here comes the gist. The other morning I was rudely awakened by a series of SMSes which if received by some would definitely make their day. It reads something like ‘Get free 12 bucks airtime when you reload at least 10 bucks by…’ and another one reads ‘Stay with us and receive 6 bucks airtime on bla and bla Oct.’ OH! Now I get it! Seriously, I only just understood what it meant while typing this. Now it doesn’t sound as attractive anymore. I was going to make a big deal out of it but…Sigh. The end of the post. I have no more to say.

.

.

.

.

.

Wait…wait…Telco ABC still loves me. They sometimes give me 5 bucks airtime during my 3 month dormant period. And sometimes 3 bucks. And sometimes they reactivate my line. See, I do have something to say. Yay! My friends didn’t get any of these. Yea they didn’t. Yea. Adopt my reload habit. Yea. Yea…Ok bye! *runs off*

Lonely nights

My Wednesday nights are lonely now. I used to be looking forward to watching CSI at 2 AM (fine, so it’s Thursday morning) but now that Season 7 is over, and yes, they left it hanging just like that! I have nothing to watch on Wednesday nights now. Should I resort to watching CSI: Miami instead and rant about it the next day? Maybe. But it’s too late already anyway. It’s already 2:45 AM.

I lost my ruler. You’re probably asking what this had got to do with my lonely Wednesday nights. No, it’s got nothing to do with it. But when you’re lonely, you start to mutter things, whether relevant or not. I was writing on the table when a friend called and we talked for like an hour and after that I couldn’t find my ruler. Heck. I am now ruler-deficit. I guess it’s good to not be ruled by anyone, or anything, for that matter. Hmm… Okay what am I saying?

Oh you know what? I’m gonna talk about another thing which is again, unrelated to the lonely nights. The toilet was leaking water for the past two days. It went from drips to flows and thank god I can sleep in almost any condition otherwise I would have to put an ear stud to sleep. Yea it is that loud. Especially at night when it’s pin-drop silent except for the sound of the flowing water. Freaky.

Mom asked if we should get someone to fix it and I was like, ‘Hell no.’ It’s probably just something that’s gone lose or the rubber needs to be changed. So today I opened the cover, flushed all the water out and inspected it. Ah! Piece of cake. I didn’t see what was the underlying problem which had first initiated the leak but I thought I should just solve whatever that I can see that’s causing the leak now. Well I’m lazy. I rummaged through dad’s tool box but couldn’t find a wrench small enough to fit in the small nook (Okay this probably isn’t the precise word to use, but it’s 3 AM so shut up). Then I thought, the plyers should do. Nope. The thing was too slippery for the plyers to grip on. Man, you should open yours to have a look at the stuff growing in there. Yuck. Then I noticed that that thing was like a 2 way screw, whatever you call it. One side had a nut and the other had a slotted head. So I took the screwdriver and did my wonders. It stopped leaking.

Lesson of the day: Screwdrivers are useful. Rhey, make sure you get your screwdriver back. Felt like saying it :)

I’m really yabbering, am I not? Well, it’s 3 AM and I think I’ll go make myself something to eat. JC, you hungry? I’m sure you are now.

P.S: My saliva kinda stinks tonight.

Are you wearing your hair right?

It's important how you wear your hair. It makes a lot of difference. Take for example this guy,

Looks fine. Then see this:

Freaky! He looks like some really creepy nerd.

Here's another example:

Hot.

Okay that's just not hot at all.

Oh god, puke bag please!

I'm just bored. Very bored.

I regret!

If I picked a question from the Miss Universe box which goes like this:

What’s the one thing you would like to change in your past if you had the chance?

My answer would be “Nothing”. I’m happy with how things are. Or maybe I’m just ignoring the ugly facts and is very successful in forgetting them. But right now, there is something I want to change.

I find it hard to believe that school is going to start. I feel unprepared. Not like there’s anything to prepare, but I just feel like I’m not ready. Suddenly I can feel the pressure of the things I had left undone. The things that were supposed to be done in the holidays. My god, what did I do?! Now I can feel all the tasks staring down at me, making me feel minute, and suffocating me under their enormous weight.

There was a point during the holidays when I wished it (the holiday) could just end because I got so bored I could die and I start to think of really dark thoughts. Scary. Yea. But that desire for the holidays to end faded as sudden as how it had started. And I lived in blissful ignorance forever thinking that I still have 1 month of total freedom. No deadlines. No alarm clocks. No tick-tocks. No-no.

But that is soon to end. And now that I have only a few more days to go, the reality bomb has finally hit me. The blissfulness disappeared substituting itself with some degree of panic. There’s just too much to do! *regretful tone* Sigh.

Should I spend my last days (sounds like I’m gonna die) trying to cut down the weight of the tasks that are burying me beneath it or should I just enjoy? And by enjoy I mean do nothing at all. Like those Christians who believe in Saturdays as days where you don’t do anything at all. You just lie in bed. No TV, no nothing. No exams too. I know someone who didn’t go for the national exam paper because it happened to be on a Saturday. *audience gasps*

Jeesus, I didn’t even do the lying-in-bed-staring-at-the-ceiling thing this holiday. I was always sitting upright – ok maybe not, I was slumping – in front of the computer. Oh no! Tick-tock, tick-tock. What should I do!? I’m not ready! I think I’m gonna have a mental breakdown. Oh shit.

My answer to the question would be I’d like to have more time. Kamisama mou sukoshi dake!

Danger! Inflation!

I ate a lot today (well, yesterday to be exact, hate this in-the-middle-of-the-night thing). I ate and ate when I was working. I ate when I got home from work. I finished a pack of Rocky sticks, the cheaper version of Pocky sticks, and some other stuff I can’t quite recall right now. The food goes down, not up. I don’t remember what I ate.

Then I took a nap and was later woken up by the hoo-has of my cousin’s wife and my auntie who had just visited. I took a bath, realized my mom didn’t cook, and turned hungry again but I couldn’t go out for a snack because my cousin’s wife is a snacker. A big one. I hate it when she comes. If you don’t keep her busy she’ll start rummaging through your fridge and kitchen looking for food. MY food.

So I had to withstand my hunger, oh, you don’t know how torturous it was. It’s like you can hear the snacks calling out to you but you can’t go to them because if you do, you risk sharing it with Miss Big Snacker. I remember once many many years ago when my auntie bought me lots of Ferrero Rocher chocolates only to have her finish like half of it right after we got home! It was like a contest to see who can eat the most Ferrero Rocher in the shortest amount of time. Damn, if my auntie didn’t coerce her home, she never would and my chocolates would never be able to live to see my heavenly fridge. I remember that day. The day I thought I had lots of Ferrero Rocher to myself, but that thought was crushed the instant we got home from the supermarket. I will never let such a scenario happen again. I don’t share food! I bite! Chomp! Chomp! Now, shoo!

Well anyway I ended up having instant noodles for dinner. *pfttt* Supper came and I was hungry again. It was then that I realized. My food stock is finishing. I only have seaweeds, some rice crackers, and…nothing else! Biscuits don’t count. Okay they do but there’s only one type left anyway. It’s almost reaching the danger zone. Oh no! When was the last time I went to bed starved? Three days ago? Four? I can’t go through that again. Go stock up again tomorrow? But this is not a solution! I can’t be doing this every other day. I’ll burn a big hole in my pocket. I need free unlimited supply of good food! Anybody wanna advertise food for free? I don’t accept cash so it can be considered free. All you need to do is send me the food products you wanna advertise. Deal?

Hungry

It’s 12.45 am, I’m hungry, and there’s absolutely nothing to eat! I have a miserable life! I tried doing things to get my mind off my stomach but I can’t concentrate because I keep telling myself I need to eat! And so I watched TV because you really don’t have to do anything except sit there and watch. One of the channels was showing Arrested Development which can be quite a nice watch but then they started showing them sitting at the table having candlelight dinner! Oh, just give me a small portion of what you’re having and I’ll be content! To make things worse the commercial break showed Kenny Roger’s roasted chicken. Now, Kenny Roger’s chicken is not the best in the world but it is when you’re hungry. They showed the whole freaking chicken all roasted to golden perfection on the TV screen! Ahh…I can smell it now. Do you know how much of a torture I’m going through right now? I’m getting a big breakfast tomorrow, even if I have to go to the end of the world to get it. Hmm…hash brown…dim sum…which should I get? What else are there? I should stop thinking about food.

Pirates: At day's end (huh?)

So I finally got to watch Pirates of the Caribbean. But I ended up watching it alone. Well, not exactly. If you consider watching with a friend who sits 3 rows from you not being alone, then it isn’t. Lesson learnt: Do not book your ticket for a “hot” movie just the night before it especially if it’s on a weekend.

For the first time they closed one of the entrance to the multi-storey car park making me make a huge round to go back to the mall (stupid highway-like roads, hate it) and I ended up parking in the outdoor car park. When we entered the cinema it was really full. Thank god my friend got the tickets although we’re seating 3 rows apart. I’ve always wondered how it’ll be like if I go to the movies alone. Well, now I sorta got a feel of it. No difference actually, because you don’t usually talk when you’re watching a movie, do you? And lucky for me the two girls seating next to me shared the same sense of humour. If not it would have been really weird for me to be laughing alone. The part on the broken toe was really funny. Three of us laughed but I couldn’t stop. I had to shut my mouth up before I start to look like an idiot. I was quivering in my seat though. Had to try to stop that too. Just in case you didn’t know, my friend and I laughed like there was no tomorrow when we watched Pirates of the Caribbean 2. There was this scene where they were captured in a net and started swaying from one side of the cliff to another. We both laughed and seeing ourselves laugh only made us laugh louder and louder. Imagine what they person next to us thought. I don’t wanna know.

Well anyway the wait for the movie sucked. They showed endless advertisements and almost showed the national day parades. A friend who watched in another state told me that they showed every year’s parade since the 70’s. What, is it the national day tomorrow? It’s a freaking three months away. With nobody to talk to I chomped on my popcorn and managed to shovel it all down even before the movie started. Yea I had to gobble it all up so I could say I finished it before the movie started. Haha! Nah. Did you think I would really do that for the sake of blogging? Honest blogging?

The guy who sold me the popcorn was grumpy. My friend dragged me away after I got my change because he couldn’t contain his eagerness to tell me bout that guy’s badge. Grumpy guy wore a badge which said: “Tell me if I’m not smiling”. I’m really blind. If only I saw it. I could have said, “You’re not smiling”, and see his response.

I just wanna finish this off. My left eye hurts. Damn.

Oh yea, Jack Sparrow rules. Nobody can ever walk and talk like him and still be lovable.

I shall prevail!

I hope I’m learning my lesson on why I must never procrastinate. No more procrastination! Dilly-dallying is bad. It’s an extremely dangerous chronic condition. And I must fight it. With all my might. I must. It’s like fighting cancer. I’m sure of that. Cancer survivors or patients please spare me from your merciless barrage of words. I trust that you can counter-attack in the most fashionable way possible, so there’s no need to show it to me. I may not know how cancer is like but I suffer from procrastinat-itis. It’s just as bad. Ok that’s a joke. I don’t want cancer just to prove that. I don’t want cancer just to prove anything at all.

God of Procrastination has got me under his thumb! I had a plan to do something, a deadline to meet (today!) and I totally did not follow it through. I’ll always have a reason not to do something that needs to be done. I’m so good at delaying tactics, I find it hard to believe. I actually have a talent! Anybody wanna hire GoP’s right hand? I seriously need a cure from procrastinate-itis! GoP, you win this round! But I’m taking the last laugh.

That’s it. I’m tying a red ribbon around my head just like how Rambo does and I’m going all out to fight this deadly disease. And I shall prevail!

*lifts up machine gun* God of Procrastination, eat this!

And this!

Owh, that’s heavy. I think I might fall if I move another inch.

I think I’ll just launch one of these:

Yes, I’ll initiate the plan in June. Perfect. Just one day away. Brand new month, brand new me. Ok wait, maybe I should see if I can find a red ribbon first. Where is it? I swear I have one. Oh no. Now how can I fight GoP?

I'm blogging...

...because I need to push the previous post lower. I can't accept entering spaceparade and see a face staring right back at me.

From the title you might have thought that I'm being tagged to do some meme. Nope. Reasons for blogging? Been there done that. Not doing it again.

Instead, I'll talk about guys of my generation. One word. Sissy. I know some guys who can't ride a bike for 5 kilometers and would rather have the girls fetch them with cars. Oh come on! My dad is more than half a century old and he can ride a motorbike anywhere! You guys are a mere two decades old. What, you're afraid your balls might get squashed? Or flatten? Flatten is funny! Hahahah! I'm laughing at my own joke. But it's OK coz it's not lame. We don't serve lame stuff here. Oops, wrong personal pronoun. I'm somehow inclined to saying 'we' in cases like this. Maybe it's just me and my split personalities talking.

Ok WE think this is long enough. WE don't have to have a face staring at US when WE open the page now.

That is totally weird. We're just going to stick with 'I' now. Ok bye bye.

Wonderful

I had to wake up before noon today, so it was probably best that I slept earlier than usual last night. Would you believe me if I told you I did?

I didn’t. I stayed up watching TV like I always do, but there was nothing interesting on. So I switched to Celestial, a channel I sorta forgot about, (but still paying for it!) and they were showing Twins Effect. There’s no reason for me to watch the movie again if not for this eye candy:

Yummy!

After watching the movie I thought I should move my ass and do something productive before going to bed. You know, make myself feel a little contented before calling it a day. I went into my room, turned on the lights, only for the lights turn off by itself. The hell…? Did the light tube just blow up? Oh no wait, it’s darker than usual. It’s very, very dark. Then it hit me. It’s an electricity cut-off! I looked out the window and the whole damned area is pitch-black, except for one idiot who was waving his high-powered flashlight at another apartment block 3 miles away. Imagine disco lights. Yea, yea, we know you have a damned flashlight. Some sicko will always do that. Some sicko who’s still awake at 3 am.

Well, there goes my plan for something productive. I only have 25% of battery life left for my laptop and I tell you, she’s one hell of a battery drainer. I’ve decided. My laptop shall be a she. I hope I remember that. Anyhow, I have to do something productive! I need to. So I carried on anyway with what’s left of the battery. And yea, that’s it. End of my story. Electricity returned, I didn’t have to sleep choking my own sweat, and yeah, that’s about it.

Of course I had a great dream, but no, it wasn’t of Edison Chen. I was vacationing with a stranger who was not strange at all in my dream. We were staying in a chalet overlooking a wonderful, wonderful blue sea. It’s really, really blue. It’s bluer than any blue sea, you feel like you want to die in it. And then there’s the wonderful cool breeze too. I lay on the wooden floor and the stranger came up and called me. I opened my eyes and there I see my mom.

“Wake up, it’s already 11:30AM.”

Wonderful.

P.S: Did you know how long it took me to get a decent photo of him? (the guy above just in case you don't remember) Long. I ended up copying one from his friendster account. And it's not those magazine cover type too. Whatever. If I go on, my tipsiness will get a better of me. I opened a bottle of red muscat I bought, which I had forgotten about and mom said she'll drink it with me. Now she says it smells too much like alcohol. :/ Great. Cheer me on while I finish a whole bottle of wine by myself. And this one incidentally can get me tipsy after only a glass.
