But it's Hokkien ;) The guy is saying he wants to turn 10 bucks into 70 bucks. So he does it by wiping (chit) the 10 bucks (chap kor) and that action of wiping it makes it 'chit chap kor'. You can try to figure out the rest ;P Ask me if you still don't understand =)
